On Sunday morning, my mother taught me to play badminton. When we got to the open field, we started to fight. Mom served first, and looked at the ball coming. I gave it a "whirlwind spike in the air". Mom didnt defend against it, so she didnt catch it. Its my turn to serve. Because I didnt use my strength, mom caught it back, and I came back to "fishing for the moon from the bottom of the sea". Unfortunately, it was missed. Mom attacked me again. Before I was ready, the ball flew Come here, in a hurry, I came to a flying leg, kicked the ball to my mother, and then fell to the ground. At this time, my mother was so funny that I bent over. Its fun to play badminton

I like badminton very much. Because playing badminton have many advantages. It is lots of fun and players with even a moderate amount of skill can jump right in and enjoy not only the social aspects of team play but also the fantastic health benefits of a great cardiovascular workout. Exception, it can let us keep healthy; it can let us be feeling exciting, it can let us be happier; it can let us be flexible; it can let us increase stamina, attention and action ability; it can cultivate volition; it can let us get them out of trouble; and it is a very good way to keep fit and from which I gain a large amount of fun. Additionally, Badminton is a physical demanding game, and it is mentally challenging as well. In mixed doubles, teamwork is the key in forming a formidable partnership.
I play badminton. I think it is a great sport that makes you meet loads of new people and enjoy yourself at the same time, and it’s good for my eyes、feet and body.

Today was a wonderful day. After finishing my homework, I asked Mom if we could go outside and play badminton. She happily agreed.
We went to the nearby park. The weather was just perfect, with a gentle breeze blowing. I took the badminton racket and a shuttlecock. When we started, I was a bit nervous. I was afraid I couldnt play well. But Mom encouraged me, saying, "Just relax and have fun."
At first, I missed a lot of shots. But gradually, I got the hang of it. I could hit the shuttlecock back and forth with Mom. We were both laughing and having a great time. Every time I made a good shot, Mom would praise me.
Playing badminton with Mom not only made me physically active but also brought us closer. It was a precious moment that Ill always cherish. I cant wait to play with her again next time.

Last Saturday morning, the sun was bright and the wind was soft. Mom woke me up early and said we would play badminton in the community park. I was so excited that I jumped out of bed at once.
We took our rackets and a yellow shuttlecock to the park. At first, I kept missing the shuttlecock and felt a little upset. Mom smiled and taught me how to hold the racket and hit the shuttlecock correctly. With her help, I got better soon. We hit the shuttlecock back and forth, laughing loudly when one of us made a mistake.
After an hour, we were both sweating but happy. On the way home, Mom bought me my favorite ice cream. I ate it while thinking: playing badminton with Mom is not just fun, but also a great way to spend quality time together. I’m already looking forward to our next game!

It rained heavily this Thursday afternoon. I thought I couldn’t play badminton with Mom, so I felt sad. But Mom had a good idea: “Let’s play indoors!”
We moved the furniture in the living room to make space. Mom hung a string between two chairs as a net. I served first, and the shuttlecock flew over the string. Mom hit it back gently. Since the space was small, we had to be careful not to knock over things. Once, I almost hit the lamp, and we both laughed out loud.
We played a “best of five” game. Mom won 3-2, but I wasn’t upset at all. Playing badminton indoors on a rainy day was unexpected but really fun. It made me realize that as long as we’re together, even rainy afternoons can be happy.

This Sunday was cloudy. Mom decided to teach me how to do a badminton “smash”—a skill I’d always wanted to learn.
We went to the park. Mom explained: “Jump a little, swing the racket down fast, and hit the shuttlecock above your head.” She showed me slowly, and I watched carefully. At first, I either missed or hit too softly. I felt discouraged, but Mom said, “Practice makes perfect.”
Mom served the shuttlecock higher for me. After many tries, I finally did a successful smash! The shuttlecock hit the ground near Mom’s feet. Mom clapped and praised me. We played for another hour, and I tried the smash again. I didn’t get it right every time, but I was proud of my progress. Playing with Mom teaches me that patience brings success.

This Friday evening, after dinner, Mom suggested playing badminton under the street lights. I was excited because I’d never played at night before.
We went to the nearby basketball court. The street lights were bright, and the air was cool. Mom served the shuttlecock, and it looked like a small white bird flying in the light. At first, I couldn’t see it clearly, but I got used to it soon.
We played a counting game—we counted how many times we could hit the shuttlecock without dropping it. Our record went from 15 to 30! We high-fived when we broke the record. On the way home, the stars were shining. I told Mom: “Night games are more fun than daytime ones!” She smiled and said we could do it again next week.

Today was a cool autumn Sunday. The sky was clear, and golden leaves fell from the trees. Mom and I went to the park to play badminton, and we brought a blanket too.
The breeze made the game fun. We hit the shuttlecock back and forth, and Mom pointed out the beautiful autumn leaves: “They look like little flags!” I stopped to watch the leaves, and Mom laughed and hit the shuttlecock towards me.
After an hour, we sat on the blanket to rest. Mom brought apples and orange juice. We talked about our next weekend plans—I want to collect leaves to make a craft, and Mom said she’d help. As we walked home, the sun set, painting the sky pink. Playing with Mom on such a nice day was one of my happiest moments.
